The Problem We Saw
While the world was obsessed with building bigger models and better chatbots, we saw a looming crisis in production. We realized that AI systems don't fail like software, they don't just crash. They drift, they hallucinate, and they fail silently.
The Turning Point
We recognized that traditional observability (uptime and latency) and pre-deployment evals were leaving a massive "Control Gap" in live environments. ChatSee was founded to close that gap.

Sanjay Agrawal is Co-Founder & CTO of ChatSee, where he leads the design of its runtime Guardian Agent architecture for enforcing behavioral alignment and policy compliance across enterprise AI systems.He focuses on building scalable control planes for autonomous AI operations.
